AP Checkin?

Mouse Savers says the just released AP rates are good for checkins thru Aug28. If we're checking in on Aug26, and staying for 5 nights, do we

a) not apply for the AP rate
b) get the AP rate for Aug26, 27, 28, then pay rack for 29 and 30
c) get the AP rate for all 5 nights?

The last time we were in this situation, I was able to get the AP rate for the entire stay. It's certainly worth a call.

Whatever the rate is when you check in is the rate you pay for your entire stay. This is why some people make 2 separate reservations if they are checking in during a higher rate period (i.e., if they are going days 1-5, days 1 and 2 fall under a higher rate than the others, make a res. for days 1 and 2 then a separate res. for days 3-5, thereby only having to pay the higher rate on the first 2 days instead of all 5).

So, the answer is that the AP rate should apply to all 5 days.
