AP Best Rate Confirmation Question...

I booked a BR with an AP for April 6-13. I got a confirmation # on the net, but I never got paper confirmation in the mail. Was I suppose to get a confirmation letter by snail mail? I would think I should of, but I booked about 2 months ago and haven't seen one. Anyone Know? Thanks!

You should have received an e-mail confirmation with all of your reservation details. I was told by guest relations that they do not snail-mail BRP reservation confirmations.

If you're already registered with disney.com (and I can't imagine that you're not ) and you have your confirmation number handy you can find and print out your confirmation at the My Vacation web page at Disney.com.

Thanks Bruce! I am concerned because it doesn't state online any of my preferences, non-smoking, building preference... Any clues?

You can call CRO to add on or to check whether they have your preferences. The restriction is that you have to book online (though I have heard that you can call between 2-5pm to book BRP), but once you're booked modifications can be made over the phone.
