I have a question

If I buy a voucher now, can I have it activated at TTC at the Magic Kingdom and then head to check in to my resort?

Im gonna be taking the Lynx bus from Orlando International to the Downtown Bus Depot, then to TTC at MK

Yep, you sure can. There is a guest services/ticket booth right there at the TTC.
