We will be going at the end of April. My DS16 is bringing his girlfriend. I was wondering if there is anything in the evening at the Boardwalk that teens would like to do. We have never been there but would like to check it out. I am assuming all the clubs would be for the over 21 crowd. What about the ESPN Club. can they go there? What about the shops? Thanks for any info you can give me.

Yes, they can go to the ESPN club & sit in the dining area where the big screen TV is. Sometimes they have a Sports Trivia game & you can win things. They can stroll around the the entire BoardWalk, walk over to the Y&B Club then over by the Swan & Dolphin. They can also rent bikes....not just regular but also the ones that hold more than one person. If they head out towards the Swan, they can "carefully" cross the street & head over to the mini golf there. There is also a very small section with a few amusment park like games. There are "street" entertainers along the boardwalk. There is a beach area by the Y & B club that have swings built for 2. I have even let my then 16 DS & his girlfriend take the bus to DownTown Disney and stroll the shops there. Don't worry...there is a lot for him to do..:sunny:

Also if you post this over on the Resorts board..you will get more replies....

Also, they might like going to Beaches and Cream over at the Beach Club. Good place for a burger and ice cream. This area is my favorite place to stay. So many things to do that you can just walk to. They will have a great time.

When I took my 17 yo DS and his friend, they spent several evenings hanging out watching the guy who does card tricks and other "magical" stuff. He was so nice to the boys and took the time to chitchat with them and remembered their names each nite. Also, the boys went and walked around Epcot since that's only a short walk away. They did stay to watch Illuminations one night. They also did the surrey bike and really enjoyed that.

There are the performers on the Boardwalk every night, magicians, comedians etc. There are plenty of shops and it is a nice stroll around to the other hotels (Beach CLub, Swan etc.) There is also the International Gateway to enter Epcot. They can go in and be right in WS to see the fireworks. They won't be bored.
