I currently use Mary Kay Formula #3 and I am thinking of switching to a over the counter face wash but I'm not sure which one to switch to.

Which one do you use?

i'm not familiar with products from the mary kay line, but i use clinique's 7 day scrub. :)

I used to sell Mary Kay, but I couldn't use the cleansing products. I didn't do much for my selling spiel.
Anyway, what is the problem?

Cetaphil is a good cleanser. It cleans but doesn't strip your face.
The Cetaphil oil-free is a good one for most people. It's pretty neutral. Not to drying, not to moisturizing.

I use Paula's Choice, it's online. It's similar but I love most of her stuff. I'm slowly switching over, whenever I try something new, I usually love it.

I would also say Cetaphil. And if you have a Harmon Cosmetics store near you, they make their own generic brand which is the same thing, only cheaper.

I have been using Cetaphil for about 2 years now. I also use the moisturizer. I love it. I had used Clinique for years before that but my face always dried out and cracked in the winter. This hasn't happened with Cetaphil!!!

I use Neutrogena's transparent bar. I can't remember exactly what it's called. My skin is extremely sensitive but also has a tendency to get oily, and that soap seems to clean it very well without leaving anything that I'm allergic to.

I have tried most everything out there and you know what works best for me? Plain old dove soap for sensitive skin. It cleans better and leaves my skin softer.

I have also found some Avon products are really agreeable to me.

Now, if you find a moisturizer that I can use, pass it along. Most of them leave me greasy even if they are non oily.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I checked the website for Cetaphil and they have one that includes oily skin. I think I will try that out.:D

RNMom, sometimes to be moisturizing and not have oil in it, they put other things that act like oil like silicones. They sit on top of your skin instead of soaking in.

I have a cetaphil cream that I use, it's not oil free but it works really well and doesn't make my skin oily. The lotion of the same brand does.
I also use my Paula's choice, bha lotion.
