Anyone with osteoporosis, what rides do you choose not to ride due to your bones?

Not osteoporosis but osteopenia borderline osteoporosis. I skip Space Mountain, it kills me. I skip RNRC but more because I'm small and my poor little head beats around pretty bad. BTMRR is pretty bad but I can do it if it's the last ride for the day. Oddly enough MMRR at HS hurts me, its the dance scene on that one, throws me around pretty bad. I can do Dinosaur at AK but again, has to be the last ride of the day, EE is kind of rough but it's actually the backward part that gets me. I can ride safari but my son, who has nerve damage in his spinal cord, has problems with it. It's pretty rough for him but he loves it and rides it anyway. ToT might be a problem at HS, it's pretty jarring when you go down, doesn't bother me but I get a lot of air so kind of float down instead of hitting hard. That one seems to be worse on the tail bone then the other bones. Depending on your level of bone damage and level of pain tolerance, you might want to just avoid all the coasters, the only smooth one is Guardians, I hear Tron is but haven't tried it yet. There is a slight drop on Rise and some of the times it can jerk a bit, not bad enough to hurt me but my level of damage isn't bad and my pain tolerance is pretty high since I can't take most pain meds.

Disney does mark many attractions with a general warning - it’s not specific and doesn’t give information about why that particular attraction is marked with a warning.
Post 23 on page 2 of the disABILITIES FAQS thread has more information, including guesses of what about particular attractions may have prompted the warning.

There are some attractions that don’t have warnings, but people have reported concerns with.
As with everything, your individual situation and doctor recommendations may mean some attractions OK for someone else may not be appropriate for you

I have other issues in addition to osteoporosis, so YMMV. I do ride Space Mountain, but that's about as rough or as intense as I can handle. I don't ride Star Tours, Dinosaur, Tower of Terror, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, Splash Mountain (N/A right now anyway), or Expedition Everest. I found Kilimanjaro Safari rough, but no rougher then Space Mountain. Of course, that's probably going to vary a bit depending on the day, the vehicle, and road conditions. I've only broken one bone at WDW, and that was from a simple fall down steps.

OMG is Kilimanjaro safari that rough? I was going to ride it ugh but now I am worried. I have herniated disks along with Osteoporosis.

MMRR I did not think was a concern, now reading your post I need to know more about why it's difficult.

Yes, it is a rough ride, especially if you are seated toward the back. The premise of this ride is us going on a safari, so it is dirt roads with lots and lots of bumps and dips. It is one of those rides that you forget how bumpy it really is because you are focusing on seeing animals, but it can be painful to someone with issues.

Kilimanjaro Safari can be rough. The ‘road’ you travel on is themed to bumpy, rutted dirt roads in an actual wildlife sanctuary in Africa. Just how bumpy each individual trip will be depends on which bumps the driver hits and how each bump is hit. Guests don’t have restraints or seatbelts.
My youngest daughter has to ride in her wheelchair, so when we ride with her, we are in the front row where the wheelchair tie down is located. Her wheelchair is securely strapped down and she has (her own) seatbelt. She still gets bounced around quite a bit on some trips.

Some people say the first row is less bumpy, but I would not agree with that. I’ve ridden without my daughter in various rows and aside from the back couple of rows, none were noticeably bumpier than riding in the first row. It really depends much more on which bumps the driver hits.

(Mickey’s RR) MMRR uses a trackless vehicle, so it can go in any direction and you can’t look at a track to prepare for the way it’s going to move. It has a bench seat with a shared lap bar. If the riders are all about the same size, the lap bar can pull down fairly snugly for all riders.
The bar will only pull down as far the largest rider, so it will be looser for any smaller riders.

The dance lesson sequence with Daisy is the one most often mentioned as an issue. It involves a lot of changes of direction as if you are dancing. It is a short sequence - only about 20 seconds - and can feel bumpier if the lap bar isn’t tight.
This little video shows just the Daisy Dance school sequence.

I also have herniated disks. and riding in the back couple rows of Kilimanjaro Safari once, it was SO painful. But as long as I request the first couple rows, it's a totally different, smooth on my back, ride. Recently a CM assigned me to a rear row, and when I told her of my back issues, she laughed in understanding. I find the CMs there to be very understanding of what those jeeps feel like, and the difference between front and back.

Try the back row. LOL You will bounce off of your seat.

So in your experience, front was definitely better?

Have you ever rode Remy or MMRR? Winnie the Pooh? Frozen? How were those for you?

I watched some YouTube videos re the Dance scene. It seems so short, so that makes it seem like a minor issue. But everyone keeps referencing it. I don't know what to think , if I can tolerate it or not. From the videos it didn't look bad to me? But considering so many keep referencing it I must be wrong?

It is short but it throws me around pretty hard. I guess it depends on how tight you can get that lap bar and how much of a jar hurts. For me, one good jerk and I'm done.
