Anyone watching Ben the Bachelor tonight? - NO SPOILERS PLEASE

I know! I was thinking that the show was down to only 8-10 girls and the suddenly there was a huge pack of them at the rose ceremony! Then, only Jenna went home? Don't they usually get rid of 2-3 early in the season?

Some blonde went home, too. There were several that looked alike to me, so I don't know what her name was. They showed her give Ben a quick hug goodbye, but I guess she wasn't crying and making a fool out of herself enough to air her "you just got booted" interview.

Completely agree. Ben is no prize in the looks department, in my opinion.
His hair did look clean at the the Rose Ceremony though.

They probably hired so many actresses for the show, that they have to keep all the real contestants.

Gosh, Courtney is getting a bad edit, will be interesting to see how that unfolds. Since Ben seems to be totally smitten. I don't think there is any way to give Blakely a good edit, either.

There was a blonde with bangs, very pretty, who didn't say a word tonight. She stayed, and it looks like she has a solo date next week. Every time they showed her, DD and I said "who's that"?

I did point out to DD that Ben was drinking water and the girls were pretty much falling down drunk. I told her, if you ever get on a reality show, drink WATER!

I was just thinking that he could become the first Bachelor to get divorced!

He is always saying how closed off he has been. Sounds like he doesn't have much experience in the dating department. It shows in the way he fawns over Courtney and is lapping up how someone like Blakely, who would never look at him twice if he didn't have the cachet of being "The Bachelor," is out to win him.

He may pick someone like Courtney, totally shallow & wrong for him, They marry in a quickie ceremony, (no pre-nup) and he ends up divorced in 8 months.

The season premiere of ABC's The Bachelor drew a 2.4 adults 18-49 rating, down 17% from last season's January premiere to a series low for a premiere episode.

If CBS was smart they'd eliminate 4 to 5 girls a week to shorten this season. It's a bomb.

I just thought of who Ben reminds me of!! If you've ever seen the live movie of the Grinch, Ben looks like he belongs in Whoville! He has the same facial structure of everyone from that movie!

I think her name is Rachel or something like that. She seems somewhat normal which is why they don't show her much.

I strongly feel that ABC needs to STOP recycling Bachelors and Bachelorettes. We need new blood already!!!
