Anyone watch "Blow Out" on Bravo?

This is quickly becoming my new favorite show.

A docu-reality show....(kinda like Showbiz Mom & Dads - replaying on Bravo currently) shows how a salon owner, Jonathon Antin, goes about opening a second location.

Anyone else watch it? I know the premise is kinda silly - hair - but stuff like that ALWAYS intrigues me.

I saw last week but missed this week. It was interesting, too bad it is a weeks worth of time crammed into an hour.

I think Jonathon is a little bit egotistical. But he has a nice car. I bet he is making some big bucks doing the AMEX gig, too.

Yup! I saw the first show, but only about 20 minutes of last nights (forgot it was on).

Jonathon sure does expect a "LOT" from his employees, doesn't he?!

What an idot was he to think you could get a salon up & running in 30 days! Before he signed that lease, he should have had a good contractor (not his hairballed friend) look the place over and give him estimates. Paying people (especially union workers) to work 24/7 had to have cost a fortune.

I kindof like that dude with the 'tude!!

I was LMAO on the first show when Jonny (dare I call him Jonny? ) was driving and pointing out all the other fools on their cell phones, driving with 1 hand, putting on make up, etc, while HE was constantly looking into the camera!

I'm watching for now, but I don't know how long I'll be able to stand it. I already love me some Brandon, and watching Jonathan's jealousy run rampant is a bit much. Yes, he's younger, hotter, and cooler than you are - you hired him anyway, so get over yourself.

I dunno...Brandon is pretty darn annoying...I wouldn't want him cutting my hair no matter HOW good he is.

but you are right in the sense that Jonathon DID hire him...but I doubt there is jealousy...I MUCH rather be a client of Jonathon then Brandon...and really - with the previews for next week...you do NOT take your shirt off in a salon.

I think Brandon is doing everything for the cameras personally.

I love the senior stylist Jenn. I love her attitude (even if it is "stuck up" half the time), love her hair, love her look, love her voice.

And what about the manicurist, Tish? What a witch!
