Anyone Used Redweek dot com?

Anyone used this site? It is for private rentals. We are looking at booking something at Sheraton Vistana there.

If so, how do you know it is legitimate? I assume the seller would want us to pay up front, but what would we have confirming that we are really going to have a room there for us when we arrive?

Anybody know?

i rent my DVC points a couple of times using redweek.

ask for a contract.

they should give you a phone number to verify the reservation.

Have never booked through them but they are definitely legitimate.

I've used them to list my timeshare rentals and sales, but plan to drop them when my membership expires in two weeks. I don't like the fact that they charge people to shop. I would rather pay more as a seller or renter and get more responses.
