Anyone used Happy Limo?

Has anyone ever used Happy Limo and is the rate all inclusive or do I need to budget for tip as well? Also do they pick up at Epcot or MK?

I used happy limo for round trip transport from WDW to PC back in 2013. We had a great experience. We had a coupon code from Mousesavers. Also the tip was not charged to my account, but left to my discretion. We did tip the driver 20% in cash. His service was excellent. Not sure if they pick up at EPCOT or MK.

We used Happy Limo for a RT to the port, also. Going there was great. The return was a disaster. They no-showed. Said they had vehicle trouble and were sending another van. It never appeared. We ended up having to pay for a taxi for eight people. We would never use them again.

We used them in May after reading recommendations on Mousesavers. They were not at the airport to collect us and didnt answer our calls when we tried to reach them to find out where they were. After an hour of waiting we gave up and went for a cab - they finally came to find us at the taxi rank downstairs after one of their competitors told them where we were. On returning, they arrived at our hotel in plenty of time.

We may have just had a bad experience, but we wont be using them again.

We used them last week to and from Amtrak Orlando, and have used them in the past, and never had any problems. Service has always been excellent.

I appreciate the feedback about recent experiences with Happy Limo was trying to decide if we should try them next time. I'm going to stick with the company we used last time - Thank you!

They were very reliable both times we used them. We prepaid the tip and had to show the driver a receipt before he'd accept that we'd prepaid. We sure didn't want to tip him twice.

Wow! Just came on here to see if I should change from FLTours to Happy. They are $28 less than FL Tours (without a MS code I didn't look to see yet if there was one) but for $30 savings, perhaps I'll stick with what we know too.
We have not had any trouble with FL Tours in years so maybe just book.
We are a family of 10 so need a van. Going to call FL now. Is there a code?
