Anyone use "Carbonite" to backup files/systems online?

I've read a lot about this service...but wanted to hear from someone who had used it...and what their experience was.

I've been using it for about two years. Generally I like it. I've had a few problems, but contacted support via email, got a response it a day or two that fixed the problem. For the most part it just sits on my task bar and does its job. If there is an issue it pops up an alert.

It has already saved me big-time. When upgrading to Windows 7 I encountered a problem that wiped out my hard-drive - I was able to recover everything via Carbonite - it took a few days to get everything downloaded - but I got all my music, photos, documents etc. back. So it has been worth every penny.

DH has it and swears by it. And yes, he has needed to use their service and it was a life saver. He has had it about 3 years now, I think. I don't think he has had any problems, it just took some time to restore the files.

I've used it for two years now. I love it. When I got a new pc, all I had to do was reload my files. I'm totally paranoid about losing my photos even though I have them saved in multiple places.
