I have a feeling this vacation will rank up there at the top of all your Disney trips! The weather looks perfect, you're staying at the BC, you're going on a new adventure to LL, and you're not bringing along any unwanted friends, as in Harry the Hernia.

I can't wait til you get back and tell us all about it. Sorry, that was mean, wishing you were already back. So maybe we'll get an update from a certain someone while you're there to tide us over.

Well I've been awake since 4am. EMH for tonight aren't looking good. Everyone was awake early. I'm guessing we will all be tired and grumpy by the time we get there. We'll see.....

Good Morning y'all!!

I'm sorry I haven't updated you--- my mom got here LATE Saturday night for a short visit and I've been running crazy since then.

Okay so Yep--- Shelly & co are in The World!!

I got a text from her at 8:45 eastern time Saturday night saying they were on the ME headed to the BC.

We briefly talked about the wait times for Soarin-- they were at about 80 minutes and she wasn't sure she was going to make it that night to EMH-- they were all very tired.

However, yesterday morning she texted me bright and early from standing in line at Soarin!!!


She says that crowds are insane- there were people everywhere all day yesterday.
Knowing how empty it was when we were there in August/September--- I know this was hard to endure.

Today is their LL and Celebration day and I haven't heard from her yet but she usually calls or texts once they get into the parks.

She said she was really looking forward to today and hopeful that maybe the crowds won't be as bad there.

I'm hoping that's the case!

So there you have it--- All the news that is the news around the world and across the nation.

I'll update you later when I have more info!

I hope you are having a great time, despite the crowds, Shelly!

We got home yesterday and didn't find the crowds bad until the last few days. On Friday & Saturday (4/27 & 4/28), the crowds really picked up. There were TONS of teen groups everywhere. Cheer teams, dance teams, band groups, school trips, etc. It was pretty crazy! Hopefully things will settle down now that the weekend is over.

glad they got there safely, hate that the crowds were so bad--I looked on Easywdw yesterday, and Epcot was a park to avoid for Sunday, but, TP had it as a best park, or something close to it,...the pics around Spaceship Earth were I am so used to it being slower when we go, that the pics of when most people have to go freak me out..I hope the LL surprise is worth it for the boys!!! And she is gonna love Celebration--just gotta know (If she is allowing you to tell..) did she like her BC room? I soooo wanted her to love it there! It's been fantastic for us EVERY time!
