Anyone try the Arctic Twister?

My son thought it would be cool to have this because we're both unable to eat "real" ice cream and we can use this with our "soy" ice cream.

Since our morning guy does the TV commercial for this gadget I asked him about it. He said a staunch "Don't waste your money"... (some spokes guy, huh?)

He told me they had the worse time trying to make this this work! I'm glad I asked because it's NOT cheap!

Anyone else have a review?

Never heard of that one...but my 11 y.o. asked for the ICEE maker sold at Toys R Us...and like a fool I bought him one.

Guess who's going to be cursing that little purchase out on Christmas morning as I'm trying to get it to work!

I have never used one, but it got 3 out of 4 good reviews on Amazon.com.

3 out of 4? Not bad but I get the FUNNIEST feeling that I will get this for a good price at someone's garage sale next summer!
