Anyone tried soft paws?

I thought about getting this for my cat. She's tearing up my door frames and my carpet. She won't use the scratching post at all. They say that cats are attracted to catnip... not my cat. It doesn't do a thing for her. Maybe because she thinks she's part dog that tries to act human :rotfl: I bought some no scratch spray and at least that keeps her off my sofa.

My cats have them chewed off in 2 days flat. We just leave their nails alone now.

SO maybe I should just clip?

you should clip the nails before you put them on. Also, kind of pinch the soft paw in your fingers to make it rounder so that you can get the glue in. (fill it half way with glue) Let someone hold the kitty (much easier to do if 2 people do it together) and you can hold the soft paw in one hand and spread out the nails with the other. Make sure that you get the soft paw completely over the nail.....if you use enough glue and push them all the way down you probably won't have to replace them until the nail gets long again.
