Anyone there RIGHT NOW--How are the crowds?

We were there Oct. 2-9. It was not that crowded the first part of the week, but by Thursday had picked up considerably. Friday at AKL there were a ton of people checking in and the pool was much busier.
We did early entry and used fastpass so we still got to do everything we wanted to, but I would still say it is not as slow as many people think it will be in the fall.
All that being said, the longest wait times I saw in the standby lines were 30 min. which are not too bad.
The weather was great except for Sunday night at MNSSHP. It was very hot and humid that night, but after that it was very pleasant. Mid 80's in the afternoon so it was nice for swimming, and a nice breeze most nights so it was comfortable.
We had a great trip.

we were at the Magic Kingdom on October 4, and it was not crowded at all. we were pleasantly surprised. On Thursday, October 7, we went to Epcot and found that it was VERY busy. I don't think I would use the word crowded, but it was definitely busy. Saturday at Downtown Disney was a nightmare, too.
