Anyone tell me about F&W?

If you want to graze your way aroud World Showcase, there will be about two dozen food booths representing different nations and/or regions set up around the 11 countries of World Showcase.

Samples are small, ranging from around $1-5 per sample.
It's easy to spend a lot of $$$ and get full from just a few
samples, so if you can share samples....you'll be able to have
room for more of them. :D

There are also free cooking demos and wine and beer seminars.
There's an info guide for the Festival, and you can pick one up when you get into Epcot. There's a Welcome Center set up, and you can pick up the info guides there.

Besides the food booths and free seminars, there are special dining events, ranging from about $35 to $185 (plus tax).
Many sold out the day bookings were available (July 20), but some people get lucky a couple of weeks prior due to cancellations.

The food booth queues will get crowded over the weekends, due to local crowds, so you'll find less waiting during weekdays.

I'm booked for 7 events, and I'm going to try to sample my way around World Showcase, too, over the course of 9 days in November. :)
