Anyone sell PartyLite candles?

I have some questions about the new "super chunk raspberry" that I just bought and is now half melted all over my stove.

Did you try to get back with the consultant you bought it from?

I don't sell partylite, but I have a friend who does. Some partylite candles burn through the center and some have to be put into holders. Definitely contact the sales rep, all the info should be on your order form and reciept.

I called the person I bought it from, she doesn't have any info for me, she's going to call the person above her tomorrow. This is a burn down through the center kinda candle, not one that has to be in a holder. Well, the outside started to melt anyway, one side started to cave in and tilt so the liquid in the center then draned onto my stove. I think I just want my money back for this one, the one I have in the drawer and the 2 I just ordered as gifts.

She's doing the right thing going to her upline. I would hope they'll ask for it and give you a full refund. I wonder if they'll eventually be calling them all back like they did the aurora glow candles. I think that was what they were called.
