Feeling overwhelmed with possibilities for "all out" trip in May. 5 nights at GF (will focus on MK, 1 day at AK) and 5 nights Swan (Ep and DHS). Traveling with our college age son, focus on rides. Will have hoppers, Genie + and willing to do Ind LL as well. Want to be able to ride favorites and wait in line as little as possible and willing to splurge, as this is probably it for us for Disney! Don't know where to start--we are very seasoned Disney travelers but the game has changed (a lot) since our last visit.
If this is fun for anyone--how would you structure your days, Ep and DHS with hopping, to get the most out of tix, genie + and ILL? Here are our goals/preferences: must do at DHS: RoTR (never done,) SDD, ToT, RnR, MMRR (never done). Multiple times on any is bonus. Would like to see Fantasmic once if available, but not must do. Of course we will try to fit in others like TSMM, Muppets, Frozen sing along, BaTB--but none are must do.
Ep: must do TT (ideally multiple times), Remy (never done), Soarin', Frozen. NO mission space. Harmonious once. May do dining package? I am happy to run all over the parks, etc., but HATE trying to get a spot for entertainment! Will also do the butterfly house/food booths, Nemo, LWTL, SE, some shopping, etc.

5/20 wedding anniversary lunch or early dinner for 3 of us (Brown Derby or Le Cellier?)

Thanks for any help! I feel like with 4 days we should be able to do everything and still have some down time, but maybe I am wrong. My son is not crazy about super early mornings but will do as necessary. I wonder if starting at Epcot with the late start, at least a couple of days, is preferable. Also we have international gateway entrance--good for Frozen or Remy. Thanks!
