Anyone read Animal Farm?

I have to answer this question and I'm really not in the mood so if anyone could help me I would really appreciate it.

What does Animal Farm have to say about oppression and the responsibilites of those who rule?

I don't need a long answer. Just 2 or 3 sentences. Thank you so much if you take the time to help a senior who is suffering from an acute case of senioritis!

The leaders of the farm yard became bad and were overthrown. The new leaders were becoming as bad as the old. That's all I remember, and yes it was of course deeper than that.
