Anyone put a deposit down on SSR?

How does this work with SSR?

Are you still required to put down a deposit and is it the usual $500 dollars?

When is the balance due? When do payments start if you finance?

We can't speak with our guide until he returns from vacation and would love to know everything we can before we do the add on.

I ahve read that payments and dues start when the resort opens in May, but don't quote me.

We joined yesterday. $500 with the rest of downpayment in 30 days. No dues or financing until May when it opens.

Is it the same policy for members doing add-ons?

What do they do with your deposit until SSR opens?

Not sure on the add-ons since we are new members. We were told we would get all monies back if our deal falls through for some reason. Until then they hold downpayments.

I did a 100-point add-on on Monday. Put $890 down (on credit card), plus the $1000 pre-sale credit. Remaining $7010 due in April/May, or if financed, payments begin in April/May. (Can't remember exactly if it was April or May - haven't received paperwork yet.)
