I asked about the Trailblazers and now I want to hear from the Envoy's. These are the two that I am really looking into. I have many differing things said about the differences between the two and about the Envoy's in general.

Anyone here own one and want to tell me about it?

I don't own an Envoy, but we looked at them when we were buying our new vehicle. I really liked the Envoy but we went with the Safari because we needed the room.

I have a 2003 Charcoal Metallic Envoy that I got in November! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! :p My mom has a 2002 Envoy XL, and she really likes hers too! The ride is awesome - very smooth. I owned a Jimmy prior to the Envoy and they are total night and day. The Jimmy had no get up and go, and the Envoy is going (too fast alot of times!! ;) ) before you know it!! The Envoy also had a very good turning radius. The radio is awesome ~ I had a friend riding with me from Kalamazoo, MI to Chicago (O'Hare Airport). On the ride there we talked all the way, but on the way home we listened to the radio part of the time and she says "WOW, you have a nice system in here!" I thought that was kind of cute!

Anyhow, in short I would HIGHLY recommend this vehicle!! If you have any specific questions about anything, feel free to email me or send me a PM!! ;) I would be more than happy to answer any and all of your questions! My email is kim@formulak.com

Happy car hunting to you!!

We rented an Envoy for 2 weeks a year ago while the van was in the shop. I loved it, but I didn't like the amount of gas it used. I'm glad his company pays for the gas.

I have a 2003 Envoy, I got it in December. I love it, it's my first SUV/ Truck. I have the shorter version (no 3rd row seating) It does have get up and go! I do not think it is bad on gas, maybe uses a little more than my Grand Prix used to. It is roomy, and alot of the features that I consider "extras" came standard. It seemed like a nicer vehicle than a Explorer or Trailblazer IMO, kinda classier I guess, and with my GM family discount I got a great deal.

Good Luck car hunting!:D
