Hi Lisa, I'm just on my way to bed but thought I'd check the boards. I thought about Sandra and her family today and hope everything went okay for their trip down. She was sooo excited~yes it will be quiet with her gone.

Will you be able to come down for the mini-meet on May 11? Sandra has an RSVP thread going for it. Looks like I will be able to make it afterall. We had fun at the last one.

Good Morning, so Sandra is getting clear sunnny and warm weather today, and it looks like the rest of her week will be good, I am sure she has been through Fantasyland by now. How about that earthquake yesterday morning! It shook me and DD awake. I thought I felt another few bumps this morning but maybe just dreaming. In the paper this morning they has a photo of a road in NY state, wow lots of rumbling there. Maybe it was just Sandra's excitement jumping up and down at the airport!!! I wonder if she will try to get online down at Disney.?LOL. Back to cold weather here Sandra! I refuse to pull the snowboots back out.

Unfortunately, I can't make the meet but I hope everyone has fun.

Yes I felt the quake here in Ottawa too...it was really something...the rest of the family slept through it.

It's really cold here too, but I refuse to turn the furnace back on (I did switched the gas fireplace on & hope that helps a bit...the sun is shining so the house should warm up soon - long before my 3 teenagers wake up ).

So Sandra, if you're reading this in Disney...you picked a great time (weather-wise) to be gone...hope you're having nice weather and enjoy WDW.

Yup it's freezing in Hamilton too! What a difference a couple of days make.....I'm doing laundry this morning and washing all the shorts from this week! LOL We're also supposed to get a couple of centimeters of **** tomorrow! Ughhhhhh.....I can't believe this!

Deb (cottontail) and Sandra have got a great week in Florida and left us with miserable weather here! LOL

Good morning, everyone. I, too have been thinking about Sandra and Deb in Florida today. It is so cold here in St. Catharines, I'm afraid the furnace will be back on before the day is out.

If I could get off this site & do something else besides think of Disney...maybe the time would go faster I think I prefer when I make last minute plans (like last year - 3 weeks before) - less time to wait!

I just checked the weather down in Orlando and right now it "feels like" 89F!!!! Yes, I do believe that Deb and Sandra are grateful that the air conditioning is turned on down there. I went out today and had to come back for a warmer coat, I couldn't believe how cold it was.

Aside from the weather, how I wish I was back there again. It's been a month already!

Awww! Poor Julie! a whole month! Try over 2 YEARS!!!! LOL!!! Now that's really a long time to go without seeing WDW!
I've been thinking about Sandra and Deb too! Lucky ducks, and with luck they'll see the duck (Donald) while they're there!

I know Kathy, I've been lucky! We've been celebrating paying off our mortgage for two years now! The kids (being teenagers) are complaining because they would rather have a new computer, than going to Florida so often.

Hey,sammi.There must be something wrong with me.Every time I tell someone that I prefer winter over summer they wonder what I have been smoking,heheheh(I prefer to believe that there is something wrong with them,LOL)I am going to go out later and make a little snowman to sit on the doorstep.At least I will have him until tomorrow when its 14 degrees out.
