anyone out there booked a package to New York with Virgin?

Hi, I have booked to go to NY with virgin in november for my 40th, we (or rather I!) usually book independantly but this time I just wanted everything done for me, we have booked the hop on hop off sightseeing bus and a helicoptor flight on my birthday through virgin with the booking.
My question is...will the tickets for the sightseeing bus and helicoptor come with the flight tickets etc or will we have to go to the welcome meeting to pick them up? I haven't been to a welcome meeting for years, always do my own research beforehand, i need to know to factor in the time to go there etc as i am in peak planning mode!

We booked a citybreak with VH to LA/DL for NYE 2005. I'm pretty sure we collected all our vouchers and stuff from the Virgin rep at LAX. I imagine it'll be the same for you at whichever NY airport you're flying into...
