Anyone on here play Candy Crush?

Ironically, I am stuck on level 425. They are so slow in updating the mobile version. I can only play on the PC. Very frustrating!

I reset the date/time on my iPhone, and it doesn't mess up any of my time sensitive apps.

1. Go to the Date/Time. You don't even have to change the clock.....just set the date forward one day. So if today is Aug. 21st, set it to Aug. 22nd.

2. Get out of the Settings on your phone.

3. Load Candy Crush. Confirm that you now have 5 lives. DO NOT play. (Just yet.)

4. Go back to Date/Time. Set to auto so the date goes back to current date/time.

5. Now you can play Candy Crush. Enjoy!!


* Really, it takes me less than 30 seconds to do this. And you're only changing the date/time for a few seconds. Very easy, and I never have to wait for my lives to replenish!

If you change the time to get more lives, just make sure you do it when the Candy Crush screen is on the map of the game board. If you don't, sooner or later, you'll have a very long wait until your next life.

I was stuck on 65 for about a month. I then cruised right on up to 79 within a day or two & have a feeling I will be on this one for another month. I just need to walk away, but I can't.

I am stuck on level 79 also.

Here is a screenshot where I got ALL of them but the one in the middle.

Normally, the ONLY thing I buy is those lolipops, as I don't want to get stuck with ONE candy left and if I do not get it, I have to start all over. But this time, I didn't have any lolipops. And that center candy is the hardest to get without luck on your side of having the top & bottom candies match.

I've been stuck on level 311 for ages. It's gotten to the point where I've stopped playing because it's boring to play that one over and over. I got to where I had one jelly left, but I refuse to pay .99 so I lost. Ugh! I hate this level.

Yeah, I stopped playing level 79 about 3 weeks ago after playing it over and over for a few weeks. It got boring playing the same level over & over. I'm also stuck on Level 79 on Pet Rescue Saga too and stopped playing it also.

You can get the center jelly with a stripe or with a stripe/package. A stripe/speckled chocolate combo works wonders in that level, too.

I was stuck on 181 for a few weeks.. that is a horrible level and its not a fun level to play over and over again!!

I refuse to pay for anything to advance. It's fun to play (most of the time ), but not worth paying for to me. I am on level 425 and haven't paid a penny.

I have come down to one empty pie pan on either side more times than I can count. I feel like there is something I'm missing too. Or there just aren't enough moves.

Yeah... 181. Posted here two days ago that I had been stuck on this devil-level for two weeks... still here. Hate it. Almost enough to make me stop playing.

Edited to add: OMG!!!! I just passed it!!!!!!

On to the next frustrating level.

At the height of my addiction I used some gift card money and spent a couple bucks ($5? Tops?). Not sure it's worth it, since the game NEVER ENDS FOR PETE'S SAKE but I figure I don't mind paying a little bit for the candy makers to make more candy. Though now I am kind of stalled out. I'm at 409 and been there for a while.

I'm at 395 on my phone so I've been going back to try to get 3 stars on the early levels - I'm stuck on 65 at 2 stars.

Something odd happened to me - a few months back one day the computer version was glitchy, every time I logged into the game I had to click "OK" to some sort of introduction screen for all these boosts. That was going on for half a day? So irritating! When it finally finished, I had around 25 each of all these boosts! I didn't pay for them, they just showed up due to this odd glitch. I don't have them on the phone app, just the Facebook/computer version. I've been using them here and there ever since, I still have some left.

You get a speckled chocolate by making 5 in a row.

That's not a glitch. Do you have Candy Crush "friends?" The system has sends extra lives & moves from friends all the time that you have to click okay to accept.

I read on some blog somewhere that when that happens, to leave the window open, don't click to accept yet. Then open another window or tab to start the game again. When I get another box to accept more lives, I leave that window open and open yet another window. Usually I have to open 4 windows before I get no more lives offered to me.

I play that game in the last window. Then when I'm done with the 5 lives, I close that window and accept the lives from the previously opened window. It only gives me 1 life, not 5, even if 5 people gave me lives. But, I get to play that window, close it, then play the next opened window, etc.

So I am able to get a few more lives before the half hour clock starts before another life.

And the down side is that each window is at the current level when I opened the window. If I win a level, the other windows don't move forward. I only get to replay that same level.

The up side is, if I'm stuck at that level, then I get to replay it.
