Anyone notice lots of WDW ads lately?

It seems every time I've turned on the TV the last few days I see WDW Resort commercials. Attendance down?....or just that time of year?

I think its the time of year. Lots of people preparing for Spring Break and thinking about summer vacation.

It is the value season so it would make sense.

It seems to always start around here right after new year. Disney does not have a problem selling out places during holidays, I think it is just there hard sell time and push ads for new year.

Yes I have seen alot of them on ABC, also I have seen them on ESPN alot too.When ever I started planing my trip last July.I noticed alot of Disney ads on tv.it seemed to start after the christmas parade on ABC.

Three types of ads out there right now

1. Tax stuff
2. Diet stuff
3. Vacation stuff

They want you to lose weight and with your big tax refund go on a trip

You gotta remember what time of year this is. Folks are getting their W2s and in many cases are filing for their tax refunds. Disney knows that alot of folks are going to have a sudden glut of cash and would very much like to help them find a place to use it at

Used car dealers really ramp up the advertising this time of the year as well.

That's the thing, I don't watch much network TV and I've been seeing the ads on Discover, Science, Spike, HGTV, DIY, etc which aren't really the channels I would think Disney would use for the greatest return on investment.
