My husband and I have been talking for a few years now about becoming members, and he surprised me today with this!

Just thought I'd check in to say that I HATE estoppel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I barely understand what it means, and yet I am still able to hate it. Disney has had our paperwork in estoppel since April 1st. Will this ever end?

I think this will keep me away from resale in the future. Not digging this process.

On Friday April 18th our offer for Old Key West was submitted to DVC for review. On April 25, one week later, I receieved notice from the Timeshare Store that Disney had waived their right and the contract was ours. We have 250 pts at Old Key West, UY April with all of 2008 pts available. $71.00 per point. It will be interesting to see how long the next step takes. Thanks for all of the help and advice from those on this board!

Aww, now I understand. Now to answer your question, we haven't seen too much data yet on AKV selling/ROFR prices. My quess is that $90 is a bit low but that it only my guess. So take it for what its worth. Of course, you could also be all set and you will have gotten AKV for a much lower price than the rest of us.
