GMAC is the reseller Disney "advises", but there are several others that do a great job. It would be interesting to see if GMAC gets a more "favorable" look through ROFR.

That's what I'm wondering. We may not want to list the independent resellers by name, but only as independent.

One thing to be careful of is when a contract is co-brokered. I think it would be important to be sure that the holder of the contract be listed. ie go through an independent reseller, but the actual broker be GMAC.

This thread is such a great source of info and maybe a little tweek could make it a little better.

That's true. There is an MLS of timeshares (that's why you can see the same contract on different sites) so you might not know who the points are actually thru.

We received our closing papers yesterday and DH picked up the bank draft on his way home from work. We will send it off first thing Monday morning. Can't wait to add 5 night @ BCV 2bdrm to our existing ressie @ AKV 6 nights 2bdrm concierge!

We received our closing papers by e-mail yesterday. I will stop by the bank and send our cashier's check by UPS on Monday. Then we have to wait for the seller to sign and get their papers back. Our closing is set for May 30 since we will be out of town for 2 weeks starting Friday. We passed ROFR on April 14. We used Resales DVC. Getting closer to being officially DVC members!!
