You are going to love owning at OKW- they have the best balconies there, I would say a balcony at OKW is the next best thing to a Verandah on DCL!

I am a fairly regular viewer of the boards but rarely post. However, I certainly enjoy all of the discussion and good information. Now I have a reason to participate more. We PASSED ROFR. Now waiting on the closing. Our broker said Disney is backed up and it could be around 3 weeks. We got a resale of 210 points at OKW with a Dec. UY plus 210 points for 2007. We pay the closing costs and 1/2 of the MF for 2008. The seller was asking $75 per point but we offered $74 per point and it was accepted. We believe this was a good deal especially with the 2007 and 2008 points. We have already made all our vacation plans for this year but hope to schedule a trip in May of 2009. Counting the days to closing and being able to call ourselves DVC members! Yey!!

Just 1 question, how do you get the pictures of the resorts and the countdown graphics added to your message? Thanks.

Go to this site: Signature Photos

Select one that you like and right click. Select properties and then copy the address for the photo. Now go to your signature and paste in the website.

We just sent back the paperwork for our accepted offer: 50 SSR points, $84, Feb use year, 2 pts for 2007, all 2008 points, buyer pays closing. From all the figures it doesn't look like this one should have trouble passing, but I'm not looking forward to the wait...

I'll be happy when I can put the SSR picture in my signature! Also is there anywhere to get the oval DVC logo?
