I just got word, this morning, we have completed the ROFR process---it took 14 days for a resale at VWL

Wendi

I was so excited to make it thru ROFR I forgot to leave the details.

VWL 200 points (Sept) $82/pt + 200 pts banked from 07

It took just 2 weeks to go thru ROFR

We dealt with TSS (Jason) who was great. Did just about everything thru e-mails.

We have now closed and are just waiting to be added to the system so we can make our first reservation.

We received notification yesterday (April 4th) that Disney passed on its right of first refusal on our purchase. It was submitted to them on March 26th, so it took just over a week.

Here are the particulars:

• Old Key West

• February use year
• All 2008 and 2009 points available
• $71.50 per point

$71.50 / point with all points available seems like a great deal for OKW, even without the 15 year extension. I don't think I have seen a OKW sale that low for at least a couple of years.
