We're selling 165 SSR points for $81/pt, 28 banked from 2007, 165 coming 8/08. We got through ROFR in less than two weeks. Buyer is covering closing costs plus some maintenance fees, so we're pleased. I hate to lose the points but I need cash for home improvement and don't want to borrow. We still have 300 points, which covers 2-3 visits a year.

I passed rofr on April 28 and I am still waiting to close
It only took 5 business days to hear the word on rofr- but estopple and closing have DRAGGED.
