W.i.t.c.h. is HUGE in the rest of the world, and has the potential to be very big here, too. It's only similarity to Harry Potter is that the main characters are witches. It's more like the old Captain Planet series than anything.

That's because they keep cloning attractions at every park, rather than design unique attractions for each park.

That's the point of these events -- every company does that. You don't really expect the heads of Disney's business to get up and say, "Ok, here's everything's that's wrong with us." Although to their credit, the ABC executives essentially did do that at the Investors' Conference in Orlando last month, and I'm sure they'll do the same today (the speeches are almost exactly the same).
