Hey just did a quick google search for you. I found a forum where this was posted:

"Hallmark Flowers has some very nice Disney floral arrangements available. They are exclusive to Hallmark Flowers, and include some great reusable vases that are really cool!
I've received two and have given several arrangements and can highly recommend Hallmark Flowers for service and quality. They ship the flowers and vases via FedEx while the flowers are still buds, so they last longer (and you can surprise someone by sending it a day or two early and they are open beautifully on the big day)
The attached pics are the "Why? Because I Love You!" Minnie & Mickey vase with the actual bouquet on the day it arrived (Friday before mother's day), and the "From Mickey & Me, with Love" vase with my own flowers in it (got this one a while ago).
They also have several Winnie the Pooh designs. Search the site for "Disney" or "Pooh" and you'll find them!
Hope this helps anyone with a birthday or special occasion coming up!"

This post was from 2006 though and the links bring you to hallmarks site but they cannot find the page. I'm guessing they are discontinued. When I search the name of the vase I get nothing. Sorry for the dead end but I don't think it is available anymore.
