Anyone know when AirTran will release July 12-19 flights?

We are booked at the Pop from July 12-19. We would like to fly this trip. I was looking at AirTran or SW. When does AirTran release their July dates?

I was kinda wondering the same thing. We're going July 5-11. I have already booked our flight down on the 5th out of Akron-Canton (they had a web special $82), but still waiting on flights for the return trip on the 11th. Hoping to get another web special.

Hey Disneymom99 we are from Akron. I just wanted to see what airline you are flying for the $89? Is it a direct flight? When my DH and I flew down in Oct. we went out of CLE. on a direct flight with Cont. Some friends told us to check AirTran out of Akron-Canton. It is only 20min from our house. I would like a direct flight. We have two boys 14 and 11 who have never flown before. Thanks for your help!

AirTran usually releases flight schedules about 6 months in advance. It seems to be they release them earlier for busier travel seasons. So I would start watching now.

I have been trying to get the prices for our trip in August, and keep getting that I have put in the wrong dates. How do you all get the 48 and 89 dollar flights???

Seriously, I check AirTran's website several times a day using the flexible dates seach feature. Don't wait for Travelocity or Expedia to show you the lower flights, they don't always show up or they're sold out by the time they get them. You'll get the best price by being flexible about your travel dates.
