Anyone know what Deck this picture is on Disney Dream?

My guess would be deck 12 forward due to the stair railing blocking a further stair flight up. The fancy frame would also suggest concierge area.

ETA: I am correcting my above post after some research it’s on deck 13 by the elevator leading out to Goofy’s sports deck. This article refers to the art.
