Haven't seen any reports that it's changed, so here's a summary of what they've been offering for the past few months:

1. Pay $95 per point and receive a set of "Developer's Points" for immediate use upon purchase. These points can be used to book a stay at any resort EXCEPT Saratoga Springs and must be used by 9/30/05.

2. Pay $85 per point and receive first set of SSR points in 2005.

Under both offers, there are no payments, accrued interest or maintenance fees due until mid-2005.

Personally, I would expect a less-attractive offer to materialize by 1/1/05 at the very latest. These offers are fairly generous, and are somewhat necessitated by the fact that someone who buys now, in 2004, cannot use their points at SSR until 2005. Once 2005 arrives, the deal is not likely to be as good.

And, they could also raise the base price of points before the new year.

Points at all resorts other than SSR, when available, are going for $89 each with no promotional discounts available. The contracts also expire 12 years sooner than SSR.
