Anyone know of a good self tanning product?

Does the Jergens hace a smell? I am not pale ,but after all this snow we have had I could use a "Glow" . I have used self tanners before and they smell fine when putting them on after the first day they seem to have a strange oder to them.

I haven't noticed one; but then again I only ever use it on my legs and I'm not in the habit of smelling them! :lmao::lmao:

ps...JLV-did you ever live in Portland?

I personally love Tan Towels - little to no streaking, easy to apply. I swear by them! They can be ordered on ULTA's website.

I used the Jergens Natural two years ago when we went to Disney. It worked great and I was so happy with myself and my great tan. I started applying it about two weeks before we left so it was 100% by the time we got there. THEN we went to the pool and it all came off. It was almost as if it peeled off too. It was blotchy and yucky. I wouldn't use it again before a vacation where I was going to be in a pool....

I LOVE spray tans! I had one done last March before my girls' weekend in Biloxi for the NKOTB concert (yeah, you read that right ) and stood in the rain outside the tour buses with tons of other ladies for about 10 hours, and my "tan" looked just as good that night for the concert as it did before the monsoon! :rotfl2:

Anyone else have trouble with water and the tanners? I wonder if chlorine reacts with it?

For awhile, I used one kind of tanning lotion which would give a nice color but I went swimming one time and when I got out I was white as a sheet again! LOL

I can't remember the name (actually I think I still have some up in the bathroom) but it is a popular brand for sunscreen and stuff. It came in a light blue or light green bottle and would dispense a white lotion and a brownish lotion into your hand. Really stinky too!

Not sure if it always does that while swimming or was just a one time thing. I haven't used it in a few years now or any other type of tanner although my pasty white legs are always in desperate need! :scared1:
