Anyone involved with "Market America?"

Does anyone have any info on "Market America"? A friend is trying to get us to sign up for it, but I have alot of questions.....is it an "Amway" type of thing? what are the risks? Benefits, etc? I am researching it on the internet, asking lots of people....and thought I would throw it out on the DIS to see if any of you had any experience with it?
