Anyone interested in sharing a PhotoPass CD?

So far we have 3 people interested. One poster has already registered so we need people who have just returned or will be back by Sept.15th.

There seemed to be a lot of interest in this the last time someone wanted to share. Did something happen with the last one and now nobody else is interested?

How will this work? Im may be interested. We will be there next week for the half marathon and home by the next weekend.

We have three people interested so far. One has already registered the PhotoPass # that he/she received and Tate and myself are going soon and will get our own PhotoPass #'s. Then we will each add our PhotoPass #'s to the account that has been set up. Everyone can then log on and make changes (boarders and other effects) before it is ordered.

I think then endy will pay for the CD and then will make copies and then we will pay for the copies. Another group was doing it a while back and I still need to find out how it worked. It is legal to make copies of the CD as it has been purchased.

I would like more people to keep the cost down. The CD costs around $130. If you buy it in the park you can get it for about half but you can't add borders or anything to them.

I just read a post on the Canadian board where if you pre order the cd the price is $99.99
Would this apply if someone hasn't gone yet to order? Wonder if those already gone could still be added? Hmmmm, maybe I'll try signing up again.

Wow, that will make it considerably cheeper if we can get the $99.99 deal. Even if we can't it's still looking good if everyone is still interested-then we spit 5 ways!

Endy have you entered your PhotoPass # or are you just checking out pricing on the website?

So do you think we can get the $99 rate for the CD? I haven't even looked at the site so I guess I should do that!

Now we just need to decide who wants to set up the account then and receive payments from the rest of the people interested.

I don't see a $99 offer on the website.
Who all wants in so far? My card has to be loaded I think by the 12th. Maybe? First day used was the 13th.
I have no problem getting cd's set up. Not sure how to do the money by sharing tho. I don't do paypal.

You have to pre purchase before you go to get the $99 deal.
There is a post on the Budget Board with someone who did, has already returned and looking to share. If they haven't already ordered.
This may be a better deal for the few of us already back.
Those that didn't go yet could could pre purchase (free shipping too I believe) and set up a Sept share.
Thoughts from anyone?

We are going 9/9 - 9/13 ... back home on 9/14 & would like to join a group. Does the post on the Budget Board include people who are going to DL? WHen I looked at the thread, it appeared to be mainly Disney World trips, but that might not even matter for the purposes of Photopass sharing. ???

I don't have paypal or anything like it either! I'm leaving early tomorrow am. I hope everyone who said they are interested is still interested as then we have 6 people sharing. Even at $130 split 6 ways it is still a good deal.

If you want to set up the account, that sounds good to me. How would you like for us to pay for the CD?

I don't send pkg in the mail and have no clue as to how much shipping will be. I believe the other PhotoPass share thought it would be $5-$6, but I am guessing that is in the States. We should find out with PM where everyone is. You know where I live as it is under my Sig.

Can you give me the website for the PhotoPass. I still haven't looked at it! I'm off early in the am so I will have to go to bed early tonight!

Is there anyone just back that would like to share a cd?
So far there are 4 or 5 people in on this one. The account is already set up. Didn't get in on the pre purchase option so it's going at the regular price.
