Anyone in December getting FP+ and MB

I have renewed hope that we're closer to getting FP+ and MB's in December.

Hate to burst your bubble, but Edna is also on my page and I don't check-in until June!

I thought you could not book FP+ without MB's? Or, at least you only could book FP+ if you are at least eligible for MB.

I think that the fp+ system will not be dependent on whether a person has a MB. The initial plan was to let all people with a park ticket use the fp+ system. The MagicBands are for resort guests only right now. A resort guest can get a MB without having a park ticket. And a resort guest can use the fp+ system without getting MB's. The only thing that is required at the time is that the resort and the check in dates have to be active for the guest to use the MyMagic+ features and a guest has to have a ticket in order to use fp+.

I wish Disney would make an official announcement of their plans. I'm not convinced that they will be sticking to their original plans. The limit of three fp+ and no fp- has got to be changed. It will not be a very popular option if resort guests have less advantages than off site guests.

No Enda for me. All I have in my MDE account is a few ADRs. Staying at the Swan with UT (unlinked tickets).

No Edna for my parents either and they have a room only ressie at Pop. No tickets.

My first guess, is that it's something to do with your browser and/or computer you're viewing it on. Pop ups/Flash blocked etc. ?? I don't know. But that's my first guess.

I'm guessing it's because we are off site guests and no tickets are linked. Interestingly enough, the IT gal I talked to this AM told me not to bother linking my UT tickets because as an off site guest, I will not be eligible to use FP + for our December trip. She said FP - isn't going anywhere for a while though.


I'm guessing my parents have no Edna because they only have a room ressie. No tickets. My thought is no tickets, no FP+ for them even though they are staying on site at Pop.

But who knows. It's really anyone's guess at this point.

I have no Edna either, changed browsers,settings in each, nothing. We arrive Dec 2, we are on site, tickets linked and using ME, everything is thru Disney travel. So Edna must just be random.

I know I'm not a December goer... but just thought I'd share my experience.

I'm going January 26-30th at All Star Music.

I approved my shipping address for my magic bands and it says I can customize them, however it only gives me the option of gray.

Anyway, when I then click on FastPass+, it shows a few dates before telling me it's not in my window yet. Today I noticed it adds a new day in December every day. Yesterday was December 26th, today is December 27th. That would mean that on the 20th all dates for December would be loaded and perhaps go live???

I realize this really means nothing, but it's fun to add to the speculation

I don't know what to say about the Magic Bands, maybe the cord will be there when it gets closer, you still have some time. I check in November 29 and I can customize until October 30.

What you are describing about the FP+ page happened to me, too. Then when it was time there was no error message and all the dates were active. If December follows in the same way as October and November, it will open up around the 20th.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. My father has a form of non Hodgkins lymphoma, mantel cell lymphoma. I didn't know about their color being green. Do you know if that is for all forms of lymphoma? And, thank you for sharing...
