Hi guys! I am doing well- 3 days running- I am so happy to be getting back on track.
Yesterday we went to see Shrek- then off to a celebration lucnh at The Rainforest Cafe, for my DS getting all As on his report card. They have NO nutritional info available at the restaurant (or on the web). What a nightmare. I was really good, though- I ordered something and took it home for DH instead of eating it. -I did take 2 bites- then stopped) Then my 3 kids split a volcano sundae. OMG- this thing is ridiculous. I had 3 nice big bites. SO SO DELICIOUS- I am proud of my self for stopping at 3 bites. No clue how many points that was- but that was my lunch, and I had low points for dinner and breakfast so I think I probably came in a bit under 22 for the day.
I hope you all are having a nice weekend- we have been relaxing and swimming and just enjoying each other's company all weekend- really nice. Now we have to get ready for DS last lacrosse game of the season. I am so looking forward to summer- no sports, no school, sleeping in! AHHHHH

Anyway, the meetings are great for once-a-week inspiration and accountability BUT being HERE is everyday, IF you choose.

I am doing WW online. I'm really amazed by how well it's working! I have been on it 4 weeks & have lost 10 lbs.
