Nice job on the weight losses everyone!
My weigh-day is Thursday, so I'll have to hang in until then to find out what's going on for sure. What I do know is that I have been feeling much better about what I've been eating.
Making healthier choices all around.
I've also signed up for a 12 week "Biggest Loser" program at my gym - today is day "1" of that...Adds a little more incentive to be honest when you know the rest of your team is counting on you

He is working on losing a few lbs. as well and he is such an encouragement to me. We really keep each other accountable. Last night as he watched me eat a choc.pudding (I reminded him it was SF/FF and only 2 pts) he said "If you don't put it on, you don't have to take it off".
Isn't that the truth.
I was going to rejoin WW, but similar to another member on this thread, decided to keep the money for myself. So, I am paying myself $10 a week to save for my Disney vacation this December. My preliminary goal is to lose about 80 lbs by then. It's a big goal, but I know with my own commitment and support from everyone here, I can do it. I saw someone was talking about the Lean Cuisine site, I don't know if anyone already mentioned this, but Healthy Choice also has something on their site. You can sign up for a 'challenge' and they even give you a fitness routine and food plan based on your goals. Well, I will let you all know tomorrow what my first week's result is. Wish me luck!
It felt good to get up and moving this morning ( I was done by 9)!
