anyone here do WW without meetings or online?

Whoo HOO!!! I am so excited! I ordered all the WW starter set!! I was a online member so I did not have the books!! Hopefully they will get here soon!!:cool1:
 
Welcome Marshmelo! I figured I'd post again - both my DDs are napping. Today has been ok - the dreaded visitor of the month has arrived so I feel very bloated. But I'm doing very well on drinking water so that should help.

Also DH went to Dunkin Donuts today and he brought me back my fav blueberry muffin - I ate it. Now I'm feeling guilty but I know I have to treat myself every once and a while or I'll just go into a binge. I keep telling myself this diet isn't until May (our wdw trip) its a new way of eating for life and its ok to have a treat now and then. And account for the points and move on!

Well - I think one of my DDs is awake. Shes been sick so I need to check her temp. Take care all. Onward and downward!

I had my first weeks weigh-in today as well...and it was a small victory. I stayed the same - which doesn't sound like much until I factor in the dreaded "monthly water weight" that I'm currently carrying. :rolleyes1 That can typically add 3-4 pounds on me. SO...I'm calling this week a "win" (or would that be a "loss" :confused3 ) :woohoo:

Hey Marshmelo! WAY TO GO! I am jealous!

I visited Indianapolis during Thanksgiving...IT WAS SOOO HOT! I live 5 miles from FLA and it was JUST AS WARM when we visited!

I love the CHildren's Museum! WOW!! Plus you have GREAT shopping..you lucky thing!

My grandparents live 1/2 the year in Noblesville and 1/2 in Savannah!

I am doing WW flex plan SANS meetings. I did it in 2004 with success- but gained it all back over the past 3 years. (Sound familiar)
I am on day 3. Congrats to everyone on their weight loss- 5 lbs- marshmello- awesome. That is inspiring me.
 
Thanks for the congrats and welcomes everyone! :) Beth - yes, it was very warm here in November. We had very unseasonably warm weather. We were all loving it though! I guess when you live somewhere all your life, you don't appreciate it as you should...the museum is nice, and I guess the shopping is good. You should go to the zoo sometime. It's one of the best in the country. Oh, and don't be too jealous of my 5 lb loss...it was just because it was my first week back on. I'm sure next week won't be as much, though it would be nice! :)

Unfortunately, I was at an all time high when I got motivated last Wednesday.

I enjoy reading what everyone has had for meals. I also get stuck in a rut and eat the same things over and over. New ideas are a good thing.

Has anyone tried the new Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt? It's only 1 pt. per container. It seems a little thinner consistency, but the flavor is very good. It has been a nice treat to have for 1 pt.

It took me reaching a all time high to realize I could not live like this.
I have not tried Dannon yogurt. I usually eat Stonyfield organic yogurt. The vanilla is really good.
I usually have yogurt for breakfast with lots of blueberries!

I'm sorry I haven't been here this week. Our computer is in the shop right now and I haven't been at Brian's until today. I sure have missed being able to post here. I've been really emotional the last few days and everything has gone in my mouth. :( I feel awful, I don't look forward to weighing in. *sigh*

TOmorrow is my wiegh in day and I am trying to keep on track. How is everybody doing?
 
I feel like I've been doing good. Sticking to my plan so far. :cool1: However...I'm only just starting week #2 - the novelty of it all hasn't worn off yet. :rolleyes1

Good news though - I went out Friday evening with a group of 20 teenagers and parents...while everyone ate giant ice cream sundaes that were absolutely loaded with all my favorite ice creams and toppings I had only a diet coke with lemon. :banana: I focused on enjoying the company and conversation, not the food, and didn't feel at all deprived. (I was very proud of me! ;) )
 
Just checking in as I'll be back at WW tomorrow. I have avoided i though I know it works so well when I commit to it. So I found a meeting on Monday nights which is perfect since that's usually my first cheat of the week after a stressful day which sets me up for a week of cheating. :( So I'm hoping to break the spell. That and a May trip to Disneyland and a wedding are my inspirations to get these pounds off!!! I'll be posting to support all of you and I"m sure I'll have lots of questions too.

Can anyone tell me what the "new" Flex plan is?

Tomorrow is my weigh in day too. I haven't done so great this past week - I think I used all my flex points by Thursday :headache: which is really bizarre for me but it happened. We'll see what the scale shows tomorrow - hopefully I didn't gain much - I don't want that mental setback.

I did start some arm exercises today w/weights and continued doing my ab exercises. I haven't been on the treadmill in a while - thats my goal for this week. I need to lose that "baby fat" and thats the only way I'll be able to do it is to step on that treadmill!

Welcome to all the new folks. And kayeandjim00 I don't have any info on the "new" flex plan maybe someone else here knows. I use the flex plan from when I joined in Feb. 06. Good luck!

I didn't excercise as much last week as I should have either. Oh well tomorrow is a new day!!
I am going to try to do my WATP video Mon-Fri.

I don't have the info on the new flex plan either but I ordered the new watchers starter kit and it should be here this week. If you have not found the info by then let me know!!
 
Just weighed in and I don't know how I did it but I lost 2 lbs. I'll take it for now and see if there is an adjustment at next week's weigh in. My goals for this week are to continue my ab and arm routine at least 3 times and to get back on the treadmill for 30 minutes at least 3 times. My back is feeling a little better but I'm not going to push it.

Can't wait to read about your losses ladies!
