Anyone heard of way.com?

Thanks everyone. I just pulled the trigger and purchased 2 5day with no MM. I saved enough for several churros and a dole whip:rotfl2:

I'm keeping my crossed everything goes well from here.

Just ordered my 3 adult 4 day parkhoppers and 1 child 4 day parkhopper. The process was pretty straight forward and it took less than an hour from placing the order to getting the tickets in pdf.

Has anyone tried presenting the tickets on a cell phone?
I understand the instructions say to print but they were forgotten at home or the hotel?

26 days and counting....

I would say to use your hotels business center and print it from your email. I've never heard of presenting in a cell phone.

I saw someone do this and guest services did what they could to help them (basically they ended up printing for them), but it took about 2 hours. I think it's worthwhile to just print them off in advance.

Agreed. Just wondering if that was a possibility in case of an unforeseen issue.

I've procrastinated and haven't bought our tix yet for Thursday! How quickly does way.com deliver the tix via email?

eta: I've been trying to call to find out but they seem to either be very busy or closed.

My experience was 1 hr from placing the order to getting the tickets in email.

We ordered tickets last night around 10:00 PM CT or somewhere around then. The emails showed up at 11:30 AM CT today. They are based in CA so that was part of the delay in getting them this morning.

I see they also have the SoCal City Pass for close to a $125 savings for my family. Anxiously waiting to see how it goes for those with tickets for this week.

Brokenzipper- did you happen to purchase the SoCal City pass? If so, did it work?

Thanks for the responses! They called me back (despite the fact that I didn't leave a message) and assured me I'd get the tix tonight. A few hours later, they were there!

This is what I am wondering. We aren't going to beginning of Sept, but keep looking at way.com in order to purchase tickets and it would be the SoCal City pass also.

Anyone that have used these, let me know. We will be going to Universal first, in case that helps! :)

Had no problem with the ticket, had to have the name changed at the ticket booth as I wasn't the one using it and upgrading the ticket was regular price ($25 to change a 3 day to a 4 day parkhopper)

We bought 5 tickets and it only asked for one name, does this mean we'll all have to do the same thing too? Just trying to be prepared so there are no surprises our first morning. Thanks

Can someone please direct me to the actual area to purchase the tickets on the way.com website? I have been navigating around and keep finding tickets for other things to do in the Anaheim area, but cannot seem to find the Disneyland tickets. I even changed my location on the homepage thinking that might be it but still no success. Thanks for any help.:)

When you are on the home page click the activities button on the top, this will pull up a new page with a few different pictures near the bottom of the screen-click on the theme parks picture, on the next page put Disneyland into the search box near the top on the left hand side.Hope that helps, there is probably an easier way but that worked for me:)

Hey there. Just reporting back. Our 4 day parkhoppers w/o MM worked like a charm. No problems at all!

Thank you! This could save us abut 140.00....but I'm still unsure. The dates and expiration issue concern me- I thought all Disney tickets could be exchanged/upgraded at anytime- this has always been the case at WDW so I have always bought tickets far inadvance as part of the pre trip budgeting.

In my DL research it seems that DL tickets all come with an expiration date, for example tickets purchased now expire 12/31/13. These are tickets bought direct from Disney. This causes concern as if we had to cancel last minute would we just be out of luck on those tickets? We are over 3,000 miles away from DL so if the August trip had to be cancelled we would not get there before the end of the year as I am a teacher with no flexibility to travel except during the summer. This kind of makes me want to wait until we are actually there to purchase the tickets...but would love to save the money in advance. Very conflicted.

Also, does anyone know if a DL ticket would be traded/ upgraded at WDW?

140.00 is a great savings if I can be sure I will not wind up losing over 1,000.

Thank for any advice/encouragement. It is much appreciated.

Honestly, I think these way.com w/o MM tickets are probably too restricted for your comfort. Not only do they expire, but those particular (cheapest) ones are only good for a particular two week period that you choose when you buy. Maybe you are better off going with getawaytoday where for $10 you can insure your purchase. You don't save as much, but you don't risk as much. You could wait until you get there & pay full price, but I'm worried about a price increase.

I am getting ready to buy a 3 day hopper with no mm for my son.. I didn't see a place to put his name so I'm guessing it'll be issued in my name.. I already have annual passes.. does anyone know if this is going to cause problems at the gate?

One of my park pet peeves is people not being ready or having bad info when at the gates with a bunch of people behind them that do have their stuff together properly :-) Don't want to become one of those.. lol
