Anyone heard of way.com?

If we purchased tickets from way.com, could we turn in our tickets at the ticket window ahead of time to get the "real" tickets or does that have to happen at the gate? We arrive Monday night but aren't going into the parks until Tues... Just trying to make Tues morning as smooth as possible!!

Thanks!!

You'd wait for Tuesday. What you print out is the same as if you bought straight from the DL website. The only time you get your "real" ticket is upon first entry, which is no different than everyone else buying these types of tickets online.

I started the process with way.com tonight, "bought" tickets in that the web site accepted my information and then waiting, waiting, waiting and it timed out. Ugh. Wasn't sure what was up, but verified the $$ was on my card, and then checked My Account on Way.com and saw the transaction details, so figured everything was fine.

About an hour later, got an email from Way.com asking for some basic info to complete the process (name, address, date of arrival) but I found that slightly odd in that the online system basically asked for the same stuff, pretty sure, anyway. I replied right away.

It's been a few more hours, and nothing yet, but I'm not too concerned. Last year we bought tickets directly from the Disney web site and it took quite some time for the tickets to arrive in my email box. Some of that was probably the panic buying before the price increase, but some of it is just that Disney is not processing these automatically in real time, it seems.

Best guess is that Way.com makes a request with Disney to send the tickets to us, and then it's really up to Disney as to how quickly it's fulfilled.

If there are any problems, I'll update this thread, but really I just wanted to put this out there so that other folks would know that the process isn't super instant gratification, like you might have with some other sites that sell electronic tickets and they show up instantaneously.

Don't worry, when I ordered mind I got the same email requesting my travel dates (but no dates on the tickets). I sent my dates back in the evening and by morning I had an email receipt from way.com and a forwarded email from Disney with my tickets.

Just bought 2 five day park hoppers with MM at $274 :)

got an email asking for name address and arrival date.

received an email with the tickets a day later.

they look like the disney tickets u buy from the disneyland website with Sulley on the page.

Does anyone know if these can be upgraded to add more days? We're looking at buying the 5 day PH's and would like to try and upgrade to add a 6th day.

Any valid ticket can be upgraded, however, you might have to pay the difference in price (the savings you get for purchasing at way.com) as well as the additional cost for the sixth day. I could be wrong, so hopefully others can chime in and agree or correct my mistake.

Some tickets are upgradeable, I think most of the ones with magic mornings are, but I don't know anything about adding the 6th day. After you click on the ticket if you click on the "more info" tab it will say it's not upgradeable if that's the case.

Does anyone know if we buy the park hoppers without the MM from way.com, can we still get into MM if we are staying at a Disney hotel, i.e. GC?

If you're staying at a Disney hotel you don't need MM since you get EMH everyday which is essentially the same thing. You just need your room key with your ticket to get in early.

Perfect! Thank you very much. Saves us a decent chunk of money!!

I pulled the trigger this morning. I got 4 day park hoppers with no MM since we're staying onsite. We'll be arriving 6/23. Now I can afford Goofy's Kitchen. :cool1:

Brought my tickets this afternoon. 4 day non park hopping tickets with MM. Received the pdf of the tickets tonight. My travel dates are June 23rd to June 30th. Saved money and we're one step closer to our vacation! Now off to pay the hotel

Just ordered our 4 day park hoppers without MM as we are staying on site. Our date starts June 2nd. Saved a nice amount on 5 adults and 2 children. Woo hoo!
