Anyone heading on the Italy/Switzerland ABD soon -- Yikes! Zermatt is cut off by flooding!

Yikes! Tons of flooding going on in Switzerland, and the town of Zermatt is currently cut off due to flooding. Hopefully the damage isn't too bad!! Hard to say how this might impact any near future Italy/Switzerland trips!

Our trip did occur, today was the last official day.
The area we visited and stayed in in Zermatt was not damaged.
There was a modification to our trip, though. We were not able to bus all the way from Stresa through the Simplon Pass to Zermatt. Apparently a road closure is scheduled for several days.
