Anyone having trouble with their online res?

My reservations periodically disappear from the disney website. Is anyone else having the same issue? I should have 5 dining reservations and one vacation package reservation, and sometimes they are there. But other times (like today) it says I have no reservations. Really weird.

I have and so have many others, going by the reports on some of the other boards. In fact, dining ressies may keep disappearing and reappearing, but my resort reservation vanished from my profile about 3 months ago and I have never been able to access it since. I know it is there as I have had to call to make payment, yet it just won't show on the site There have been numerous problems with the site recently ranging from not being able to access it at all to minor issues such as log in problems.

I can't access any of my reservations today either. I can't even change/edit my personal info. Considering the size of the Disney operation, the unreliability of the website is just ridiculous and uncalled for.

I had the same problem. I called and spoke with someone at the technical part of disney and they said they knew there was a technical problem and they are in the process of trying to fix it.

Had the same problem about a week or so ago.

*Edit* Although now that I checked it appears everything is back in there.

I've had the same problem intermittently. When I did online checkin the other day all the dining reservations were showing up so I hurried up and printed a copy to keep with us. It's a shame that they seem to have so many technical difficulties with the site. I also had a terrible time trying to register my AP after my last trip. When I called they said the same thing about technical issues...they are aware and trying to fix. Seems like they should have it all running smoothly by now.

ugh... this happens to me all the time! I have to go to "retrieve reservation" and it will come up
