I log onto the DVCmember website daily to see if my waitlist has come through and to check for 'Ohana ADR availability. For 3 days now I have been able to use all functions except checking MY ACCOUNT. I can't view any details of my account as the computer won't let me click on anything in that box. The arrow pointer never changes to the finger pointer when I roll the pointer over the categories in that box.

Anyone else having such trouble? I guess I should call.

I had that problem with the site a few mornings ago, but by that afternoon it was fine, has been back to normal ever since, but havent tried yet today.

WalkDMC - great name!

Thanks! If it's not up by Monday, I'll call them. Maybe it means they're working on my waitlist! I can hope.

YES! it all started a couple days ago.. if I use Chrome or Firefox nothing that actually pertains to my account/vacation is available but if I go to Internet Explorer :headache::scared1::sick: it works... quite upsetting as I virtually refuse to use Explorer except under dire circumstances as it means actually logging into Windows which unless I am at work just doesn't happen since we pretty much use Linux exclusively at home

As an aside, can I just complain about the Hawaii DVC promo that pops up every time? I get it, sand, water, Hawaiian music, tikis, but I'm getting more annoyed with having to close that pop-up every single time, rather than interested in buying there.

I use Safari. I'll have to try my DH's explorer, thanks for the input.

I just checked and it wouldn't bring up an arrow for me either. However, the pull down menu at the top works. My Membership, Vacation Points and then theres a link under Vacations Points to Vacation Details. Shows upcoming and completed vacations. I use Safari for Mac. Good luck on your wait list.

Hey I like that pop up with music. I always listen to it and chill out a little and then after I do my stuff on the MS website I return to the home page to hear it again. Makes we want to go to Hawaii, not enough to buy into Aulani, but makes me want to go.

I'm glad I logged on to see if others were having problems. I use Chrome as well and no dice but with IE it works. That sucks. It was working with Chrome no problem until recently. I wonder what they changed.

Same here...I was hoping my waitlist had come through too! No such luck...just poor programming.

That pop-up might be part of the problem. The links under the large pop-up window do not work, even after the pop-up is closed.

Click on a link at the top of the page (i.e. Member Getaways), the links in the My Membership box will work :thumbsup2

That pop up has been there since July 1st and yesterday was the first time I have had problems with the links on the side. I often go into MS website, perhaps not daily but at least 4 times a week.

And when I just checked now the links are not working for My Membership, but do work for the boxes below, including Plan My Vacation. But since the upper link works at least we have access to our records.

I've experienced the same problem. Won't work with Chrome, but works with IE. I've been checking in fairly frequently to see if my waitlist has come through. I don't expect that it will, but I keep checking anyway.

Thanks for that suggestion, it worked for me and I use Firefox! :thumbsup2 I had been so frustrated at not being able to check it the other way. My wait list is still has not come thru, but at least I could check it! :cool1:

Thanks again!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I was able to access my vacation info from the home page with Firefox

Even on this site when I try to post a message using explorer I get a continuous "updating DST Settings", message. I switched over to Firefox and I have no problems.

Yes, as of yesterday, still having all the problems you have mentioned on Chrome. Haven't tried IE. Maybe that will solve the problem???

I use Firefox. A few days ago I started having the same problem described above, with not being able to click on My Vacation Points. However, if I scroll down and click on anything under Plan My Vacation, then I can roll back up and click on My Vacation Points and it will open up.
Or, just click on the link My Membership tab at the top, as mentioned in above posts, to get to the same place.

Hi gang,,, I have been working with MS over the past 5-6 days and the problem has been resolved... at least it now works for me... here's a portion of my last bit of communication with DVC MS. Let MS know if it doesn't work for you. :)

Thank you for all of the information. Yes, our IT Partners were able to
correct this. Apparently the challenge was with FireFox and Chrome but
not IE. Thank you again for alerting us of this issue, we do appreciate
you attention to detail!

I'm still having trouble with the home page. The Aulani splash image won't dismiss by clicking on "Close" and previously the "Vacation Details" link on the home page didn't work. I had to go to some other page that had that link to get there. Just sent MS a note. I'm using Safari 5.0 on Mac OS X 10.6.4.

At this point, I'd recommend really cleaning out your browser cache...can't say for certain how to do that on Safari/OSX, but I'd close Safari, find the cache folder and empty it out to be sure.

If there is a flash update available, I'd toss that in there as well.

If you are having trouble with your login, make sure that all of your Disney logins and passwords are the same. That includes ABC and ESPN.

If you problem is after you login, try to use IE if you can. I use IE and all of my trouble went away after my password and login reset by Disney.
