Anyone having trouble getting into my disney experience

Last night I just printed out all my reservations, ADRs, FPs from MDE for my Dec. trip. Always good to have proof of all your resi's. Better to be safe better to be safe than sorry :)
 
YES YES YES....I have been having problems since this weekend. I think they merged a lot of log on's. For example I have a log on for my DVC and different one for MDE... When I went to log into MDE today I couldn't and when I finally got in none of my reservations were there. So I logged into MDE with my DVC log in and everything showed up. I think they are combining log in's. Very very frustrating.
 
It forced me to change my long standing password. Now when I log in it says no reservations and when I enter a reservation number it says that I control that reservation and must contact myself.... Glad the I was at least able to get into MDE on my phone and screenshot everything this morning.

According to IT, they pushed a password security update last night forcing many to reset their passwords. The official method of resolution right now is to wait and see if your stuff comes back on its own as the system works thru the updates.

I cannot login via my Chromebook (which is obviously running Chrome), but the app on my iPhone still has me logged in and has my info.
 
I just logged in on my iPhone. No problem and all info was there.
 
Thought it was our server at home. o_O I was able to get on with my tablet signed off now I can't get back on:scared:
 
The app is working for me, though I really hope the webpages start working again soon. I am glad the app at least is working.

On the plus side I have my sheet with all my reservations listed on it with numbers plus all my e-mails, so other then FP+ registering I think I am fine.
 
Welcome to Disney IT, the land that time forgot.
I'll never for the life of me understand why Disney suffers so in the IT Dept.
Other companies can manage complex IT Depts without these issues. Think what Amazon would be like if they had the same problems that Disney does. Most all major retailers manage day to day without messages that pop up that "someone at the page" or "sorry we had to duck out" when you click things. Or without it telling you that your password is wrong when you know it's not. These are all unique to Disney, at least unique for a company the size of Disney.

While it doesn't stop the frustration I have learned that I never worry when it "glitches" because it will correct itself. I know my account and my reservation is not gone.

As for today's glitch, it has been fine in IE. Chrome has not been working.

Be careful because the app continued to work for me this weekend when computer wouldn't. Then today happened and the app stopped working til I realized they combined my two log ins.
 
I've had no problems today in Chrome. My reservations and tickets are in the MDE account still. This is at 11:30 Central Time
 
eeeeeeck y'all are freaking me out! haha I was about to go login and do online check-in for our trip next week....but I don't want to have a panic attack so I think ill wait to try ;)

I'd be freaking out, too, if I didn't at least half-way expect this.

It's good to have low expectations sometimes...
 
FINALLY !!!!! It took from 7.30 this morning , but I am finally in. All my info is in there correctly, nothing lost.
 
stuck in a loop or error with it saying I have to reset password and security questions. frustrating
