Anyone have trouble getting SW DING to work.

I have signed up 3 times...and no DINGS. Anyone else have trouble???

go to your control panel on your computer and delete the software for SW Ding and then reload from scratch. Had to do that to the home computer and now it works fine.

Working here. Just got Dinged for a $36 one way ticket Albany, NY to Orlando.

If you have Norton Anti-virus, it could be preventing the program from working. I found that when I re-loaded Norton after I loaded Ding, it worked fine.

I would deinstall Ding then just DISABLE any of your anti-v. sw then relaod and you should be fine.

There weren't any Dings after the plane crash in Chicago. They just resumed.

Sometimes I get an error message on my ding icon. It is a white symbol with an exclamation point on it. Just have to right click on the icon and click connect now and it goes away and I get my dings. Love those dings.
