Anyone have this problem with hotelplusportal?

I booked our reservations yesterday on hotelplusportal with the Radisson (Maingate) because they were offering an internet discounted rate of $99.95 per night. The $80 service fee was also charged. It was secured with a credit card and I printed out my confirmation.

Today I received an email confirm from the Radisson...here is the problem. They show my rates as being $149, $129 & $110 and they hadn't even charged the service fee yet (although they did mention it). This rate ends up being $250 more than what I booked on hotelplusportal.

I have emailed the Radisson about it and am waiting a response. Has anyone else experienced this problem...did the hotel honor the rate your were given on hotelplusportal?

I have only had one experience with there site and it was .I would really be giving them a call and follow up!Something does not sound right!
